AI, Personal Finance, and You, Ep 318
Personal finance should never be the destination, but it should be the foundation. How do we get our next investment property, How can we prepare our children financially? How can we pay off our mortgage more quickly? Answer the question is one thing, but making it happen depends on you - you must have a solid foundation. Spending less than you earn, diversifying your income, creating artificial expenses to condition your cashflow, converting your emergency fund into your own insurance company – there’s so much I can get better at, so possibly, this is true for you too. Getting strong foundations in personal finance ensures that that when you invest, you can stay invested for the long term.
